Polyurethan casting

This is the technology of polyurethan foams casting, which are divided into 2 basic categories:

1.) Soft foams
The material is consist of 2 components Polyol and Isocyanate, which after mixing are reacted to form a homogeneous substance with different hardness. This process is mainly used for interior of rail vehicles (electric locomotives, trams), components for containers, tuning parts, including parts for automobile logistic. Main customers are Škoda Transportatin a.s., Škoda Electric a.s., CZ LOKO a.s., FUN LIGHT AMUSEMENTS s.r.o. and others.

2.) Hard foams (integral)
The material is consist of 2 components Polyol and Isocyanate, which after mixing are reacted to form a hard integral foam. This technology is mainly used for the production of the car accessories, rail vehicles and various parts and components in construction industry such as boxes for swifts and bats or for insulation of walls.
Main customers are various construction companies, De Vries NV and others.
